Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dress UP, operated by XReality LLC ("the App," "we," "us," "our"), handles information. By using the App you agree to this Policy.
1. No account, anonymous by design
The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or any login. Your device is identified only by an anonymous identifier used to manage your subscription and basic analytics. We do not know who you are.
2. Information the App handles
- Photos you provide. When you create a try-on, you select a photo of a person and a photo of a garment. These are used solely to generate your try-on result (see Section 3).
- Try-on results. The generated images.
- Subscription information. Whether you have an active subscription, and an anonymous customer identifier. Payment is handled entirely by the App Store — we never receive your payment card or full payment details.
- Usage analytics. Anonymous, aggregated events (such as a try-on being started or completed) used to improve the App. No names or photos are included.
- Diagnostics. Anonymous crash and performance data used to fix problems. Image data is never included in diagnostics.
- Technical data. Standard information such as device type, operating system, and app version, associated only with the anonymous identifiers above.
3. How your photos are handled
- Your photos are sent to our AI image-processing provider to generate the try-on result.
- We do not store your photos on our servers. Our systems pass the images through for processing and do not retain them.
- The AI provider processes the images to produce a result and deletes the input and output data a short time after processing, under its own policy.
- The finished result is stored only on your device. Your wardrobe history lives locally on your phone — we do not keep a copy.
4. How we use information
To provide and operate the try-on feature; to manage subscriptions and any free trial; to understand aggregate usage and improve the App; to diagnose and fix problems; and to comply with legal obligations.
5. Third-party providers
We use trusted third-party providers to deliver core features, including: AI image processing; payment and subscription management; product analytics; crash and performance diagnostics; and cloud hosting. Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its service and is required to protect it. A current list of providers is available on request.
6. Selling and tracking
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites.
7. Data stored on your device
Your try-on results, wardrobe history, and app settings are stored locally on your device and are removed when you delete the App.
8. Retention
We do not retain your photos. Anonymous analytics and diagnostics are kept only as long as needed for the purposes described. On-device data persists until you delete it or uninstall the App.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Because the App is anonymous and does not store your photos, much of the data is not linked to your identity. To make a request, contact us at dressup@xrealityllc.com.
10. Children
The App is not directed to children. You must meet the minimum age required to download the App from the App Store and to use the App in your country. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted transmission, to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
12. International processing
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under appropriate safeguards. By using the App you consent to such processing.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
