Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Dress UP ("the App"), operated by XReality LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required to download the App from the App Store and to form a binding agreement in your country.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

3. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

• The App offers a free try-on and auto-renewable subscriptions for continued use. The available options, durations, and prices are shown in the App at the point of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Payments and refunds are handled by the App Store under its policies; we do not process payments and generally cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Your content and uploaded photos

• You are responsible for the photos you upload. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights and consents to use them, including the rights of any person shown.
• You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your photos solely to generate your try-on result, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not store your photos.
• You retain ownership of your photos and your results.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent, or photos you do not have rights to;
• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, harassing, hateful, or infringing;
• Use the App to impersonate or deceive, or to create misleading images of real individuals;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the App or the services it relies on.

6. AI-generated content

Try-on results are automated approximations generated by artificial intelligence. They may contain inaccuracies and may not reflect how a garment actually fits, looks, or is colored. Results are provided for visualization and entertainment and are not guarantees of fit, appearance, availability, or suitability for purchase. Do not rely on them where accuracy is important.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and our branding are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or software except the limited license above.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (including the App Store and our service providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms may also apply to you.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
